Incomplete forms or failure to provide proof of insurance will result in invalidation of registration. In consideration of this entry, the car owner and guest agree to permit Lewiston’s Hot August Night with the use of their names and photos of their vehicle for publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes (including newspaper, magazines, radio, and television) before, during and/or after the event and relinquish any right to any photos to Lewiston’s Hot August Night and event sponsors.  Lewiston’s Hot August Nights does not grant refunds. Demonstrations of speed including burnouts are dangerous and unacceptable at this event. Registrations are not valid without payment. Lewiston’s Hot August Nights is in no way affiliated with Reno’s Hot August Nights.
